• All claims of damage or missing items during shipment must be made within 10 working days of receipt of merchandise. Truck line deliveries must be inspected at time of delivery and any damage must be notated on receiving documents signed at time of delivery.
• All returns must be in original boxing and postmarked within 30 days of receipt.
• Returns for customer remorse will be subject to a 20% restocking fee and the return shipping charges. Returns must be received in acceptable condition in the original boxing. Any return received damaged will be refused.
• Product can only be exchanged for another Cooper Classics' product of the same or greater value. Additional shipping charges will apply.
